What is counselling
The purpose of counselling is to provide you with a confidential, safe,
non-judgemental and supportive environment where you can tell
your story, work through your emotions, and make positive changes
to your life.
The role of the counsellor is to empower you and to facilitate your
self-development by providing you with an opportunity to gain a
better understanding of who you are, where you want to be, and how
to get there.
We aim to support you to achieve your goals, gain greater insight and increased self compassion.
