What is art Therapy?
Art therapy is a specialised form of therapy that uses art materials and the creative process to explore your emotions. Art therapy assists you to access your unconscious and allows deep healing to occur.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE AN ARTIST OR EVEN GOOD AT ART TO RECEIVE BENEFITS FROM ART THERAPY.

Fortnightly Art Therapy Group for Women
Come along and join us, no previous art experience required. Art therapy is about the benefits gained from the process and insights that come from your art, not what your art looks like.
This is an open group so that means that if you can't attend one fortnight no problem, or if you only want to attend monthly that is fine too.
This is a small, friendly group facilitated by Leanne who is an Art Therapist and Counsellor.
