art therapist. I use a number of modalities including Person
Centred, Solution Focussed, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, always through a trauma informed lens.
Art therapy is available to those interested.
I am warm, empathic and non judgemental and use a kind and gentle approach.
I am passionate about helping you to live rich and meaningful life, by assisting you to treat yourself with compassion and kindness you deserve while working towards achievable goals. I have been assisting women for over 25 years. I have experience working with domestic violence and trauma, mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, addictions, body image and carer issues.
I am a member of The Australian Counselling Association.
Michael is a qualified facilitator, trainer and TAFE teacher with 20 years’ experience in the community and health sectors on the Central Coast.

We also offer self-care training to the community sector both Leanne and Michael have combined over 40 years’ experience working in the sector.

Art Therapy Programs
We offer a number of art therapy programs aimed at increasing your self compassion, reducing your anxietybroadening your social network and infusing some fun into your life.
No artistic skills or background required just an ability to enjoy yourself. Leanne whilst being a qualified art therapist is by no means an artist but identifies as creative.
Just for fun we offer a variety of skills building groups including make your own paper beads, upcycled jewellery, photo art journaling are a few of what's on offer. Also a great way to meet some new friends.
