I have been assisting women for over 25 years. I have experience working with domestic and family violence, trauma, mental health issues including depression and anxiety and carer issues.

Art Therapy Programs
We offer a number of art therapy programs aimed at increasing your self compassion, reducing your anxietybroadening your social network and infusing some fun into your life.
No artistic skills or background required just an ability to enjoy yourself. Leanne whilst being a qualified art therapist is by no means an artist but identifies as creative.
Creative ProgramsJust for fun we offer a variety of skills building groups including make your own paper beads, upcycled jewellery, photo art journaling are a few of what's on offer. Also a great way to meet some new friends.
